In an effort to recruit, educate and prepare elite players for our most competitive teams the Rapids Academy will field Colorado Youth Soccer teams in the Under 11 through Under 17 age groups.
TRYOUT INFORMATION - 2009/2010
The Rapids Academy will be holding one set of tryouts for all high school boys for the Rapids Development Academy U16 & U18 teams and Colorado Youth Soccer U15 & U17 teams. For all players in adidas Alliance clubs (Colorado Storm, Colorado Springs Pride, and Boulder Force), please contact your club's Director of Coaching for tryout information.
For all other players interested in attending tryouts for the Rapids Academy please email
rapidsacademy@dsgpark.com your name, date of birth, address, phone number, current team, and position. Players will receive a confirmation e-mail with specific details regarding tryout times and locations from the Rapids Academy by July 10th, 2009.

Notes:
Players on CYS state league teams will pay registration and club fees similar to those of the other top clubs in the area.
U11-U14 teams will begin training in the summer and will compete in the fall and spring seasons of Colorado Youth Soccer’s state league.
U15 and U17 teams will compete in the winter of '09 and spring of ‘10 and will play in the CYS state league. These teams will run in conjunction with our U16 and U18 Development Academy teams.
All Rapids Academy teams will train and play their home games at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.
