Rogelio Barajas
Assistant Equipment Manager
Rogelio Barajas starts his fourth season as the assistant to Carlos Garcia, the Colorado Rapids’ Equipment Manager. Barajas, a native of Guadalajara, México, has had 15 years of experience in the soccer world, both in México and the United States.
Barajas played professionally in the Mexican third division in 1987. He then came to the United States in 1990 and has worked for companies such as Upper Deck, and as journalist for various Spanish-language newspapers and radio stations.
Rogelio has a son, Omar Barajas, who is nine years old.
