STH : Flexible Exchange Policy
Changes have been made to the Flexible Exchange Policy for the 2007 season.
Available Games
Listed below are the only games that un-used tickets can be exchanged for:
- Thursday, May 15 vs. Real Salt Lake
- Sunday, June 1 vs. FC Dallas
- Saturday, June 21 vs. Houston Dynamo
- Sunday, July 27 vs. Columbus Crew
- Saturday, September 20 vs. New England Revolution
- Saturday, October 25 vs. Real Salt Lake
Exchanging Tickets
We encourage you to exchange your tickets in advance at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park box office, located on the Southwest side of the stadium or by mail to:

- You may exchange up to eight(8) un-used tickets per game.
- There are no additional fees for exchanges.
- All exchanges are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee your same seat locations.
- Un-used tickets cannot be redeemed for refunds.
- You can also donate any of your un-used tickets to the Kick’s for Kids program by contacting 303-825-GOAL. Tickets will then be distributed to children who would otherwise not be able to attend a Colorado Rapids game.
