Kroenke Sports Charities supports children and families throughout Colorado. We pledge our resources to help fill the needs of many through support of education and recreation initiatives, appearances and sports clinics by players and coaches; donations of autographed merchandise and tickets, and the gift of service by our employees.

Cheers to the Rapids
Colorado Rapids players, coaches, and mascots met with fans at the Paramount Theater on March 6 in "Cheers to Rapids," the re-named kickoff event to introduce the 2013 team in the week prior to the home opener. The event, which featured a keynote speech from Major League Soccer Commissioner Don Garber, raised funds to support Kroenke Sports Charities' youth recreation, health, and education programs in Colorado.
The Mile High Dreams Gala - A Toast To Our Teams

Kroenke Sports Charities hosted the annual Mile High Dreams Gala on, Monday, January 21, 2013. This unique event gives fans the opportunity to interact with players, coaches, alumni, dancers and mascots from the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth and Colorado Rapids. The evening includes live music, dancing, gaming tables, wine tasting, as well as tastings from some of the best restaurants in Denver!
Step Up for Cancer

On Sunday, August 5, 2012 Dozens of Colorado non-profit organizations collaborated for one mission: to partner in the fight against cancer. In its fourth year, participants earned pledges for their cancer charity of choice by climbing all 1,765 stairs at Dicks Sporting Goods Park. In addition, over 40 non-profit cancer organizations were positioned around the stadium and provided information about their organization including: healthy living, cancer prevention, early detection, treatment, access to care, patient and caregiver support, research, advocacy and survivorship. Colorado Rapids Charity Classic
The 2012 Colorado Rapids Charity Classic was held on September 10, 2012 at The Club at Pradera in Parker, Colo. All proceeds benefited Kroenke Sports Charities' programs supporting educational and recreational initiatives for under-served children and families. World Cup of Wine & Beer

The Colorado Rapids annual World Cup of Wine & Beer was held Thursday, July 12 2012 at Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Guests enjoyed a beautiful summer evening mingling with Colorado Rapids players and coaches while sampling food, beer and wine from around the world. Mount Saint Vincent Home Visit
The Colorado Rapids joined forces with MLS W.O.R.K.S. and Kroenke Sports Charities once again to provide for those in need in the Denver area when they unveiled a refurbished computer lab at Mount Saint Vincent Home, a residential home for abused, neglected or mentally ill girls and boys mostly ages 5-12 that helps strengthen their ability to emotionally and socially participate in their communities. Rocky Mountain Hospital Visit
The Colorado Rapids and Kroenke Sports Charities teamed up with HealthONE, Garth Brooks Teammates for Kids and Hasbro to make a difference in their community outside of the walls of Dick's Sporting Goods Park and inside those of the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center where there reside many children who are unable to see the Rapids in regular season action.
