Golf With the Rapids Players at Monday's COMPA Classic!

COMMERCE CITY CO (COMPA Release) - The Colorado Rapids have announced that the club will partner with COMPA Food Ministries on their Sixth Annual COMPA Classic golf tournament a community favorite.
The tournament will be held this year at the award-winning Pradera Golf Course and will tee off at 11a.m. on Monday June 8 2009.
Colorado Rapids players and coaches will participate in this year’s tournament giving fans the exclusive chance to hit the links with their favorite superstars!
Proceeds from the event will benefit both COMPA Ministries and the Colorado Rapids Community Care Foundation.
Registration fees for a foursome are $1500 and individual players can register for $400.

The private Pradera golf course will host the 2009 COMPA Classic. The course is located within a residential community of the same name being built in Douglas County between Castle Rock and Parker. The golf course blends Irish modern influences with a Colorado twist challenging golfers of all skill levels. Designed by award-winning architect Jim Engh the course is sculpted into the natural terrain reinforcing the feeling of belonging as well as providing a dramatic variety of elevations and expansive views.
