Rapids Acquire Draft Pick From Galaxy In Exchange for Senior International Cornell Glen

DENVER (April 7 2006)- The Colorado Rapids announced today the acquisition of the Los Angeles Galaxy’s natural third round pick in the 2007 MLS SuperDraft. In exchange the Rapids are sending senior international player Cornell Glen to the Southern California team.

Glen who came to the Mile High Club in an off-season trade with the Columbus Crew appeared in one game for Colorado. The Trinidad & Tobago native came on as a substitute in the Rapids’ season opener at Houston playing 13 minutes.
