Rapids Cross Training

Rapids continue training, as usual during the World Cup break

As the two week long World Cup break continues, teams around MLS have dealt with the break in various ways. Some teams have given their players a hefty vacation time, and other teams, like the Colorado Rapids, have kept pushing forward with a full training schedule.

Heading into the break, the Rapids were 6-3-2 and holding onto a four-game undefeated streak. With regular practices, as well as endurance and cross training, the Rapids hope to maintain their fitness level and focus and come out strong when their season resumes on June 26 at Houston.

On Friday afternoon the team headed out to Lifetime Fitness in Westminster, Colorado for a cross-training session in the pool. Check out the photo gallery here
