Rapids host Passback equipment drive Saturday at Flatiron's Dick's Sporting Goods

Rapids team up to donate sporting goods equipment to families around the world

The Colorado Rapids will host a Passback Equipment drive at Dick’s Sporting Goods at Flatirons Crossing from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 15. Rapids players and a mascot will collect new and slightly used soccer equipment to donate to Colorado Rapids partner Soccer Dreams Without Borders, as well as to sign autographs.

The Passback Program is an effort involving several organizations, including the Colorado Rapids, Soccer Dreams Without Borders, the U.S. Soccer Foundation, and Major League Soccer, assisting in meeting the soccer needs of all communities. Equipment collected in the drive will also benefit the non-profit organization A Precious Child, and will be donated to children and families both in the Denver metro area and throughout the world.
