Colorado Rapids forward Edson Buddle following 2-2 home draw with Western Conference leading FC Dallas:

On the team’s undefeated streak:

"I think I’m motivated by Drew [Moor] in the back. He’s doing a good job and I’m trying to do the same thing up front, just holding the team up together and collectively playing soccer. I think that’s been our success, collectively getting it done."

On the team’s recent run of good form:

"I’m happy to be a part of it. I thank God that I’m in there when we’re winning. But I think we can learn from one another. I’m learning from the guys next to me, and trying to feed off each other, being positive. That’s all I can do, and hope for the best and play hard, and we’ll get results."

On tying first-placed Dallas:

"The first time we played them – I wasn’t there – we played them well, in Dallas. And we played them well again tonight. Some of their players know that as well. Maybe it keeps us humble. If we won tonight maybe we might think we’re better than we are and now we know we can keep pushing and we can beat the team that’s in first."

On second half style of play:
"That’s the way the game is. It’s kind of like who wants to strike first? And you’re feeling each other out. The altitude is not easy for them and even though we’re the home team it’s not easy for us either. Once we got our feet off the ground and tried to push for a goal we got it. They came right back at us and you just learn from it, that’s all we can do."
