Colorado Technical Director Paul Bravo confirmed to ColoradoRapids.com on Wednesday that Panamanian forward Gabriel Torres is expected to fly to Denver, Colorado tonight to engage in negotiations with the club.

Torres, 24, finished in a three-way tie for the Golden Boot at the recently completed CONCACAF Gold Cup with five tallies along with U.S. forwards Landon Donovan and Chris Wondolowski. Last season he played for Zamora FC in Venezuela, where he led the team with 21 goals en route to winning the league title in late May.
