Broadcaster to televise the Rapids' curtain-raiser at the New York Red Bulls

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (Thursday, March 13, 2014) - Major League Soccer announced today that Univision Deportes Network has picked up the Colorado Rapids match at New York Red Bulls on Saturday and will broadcast the action nationally in Spanish.

The game takes place at Red Bull Arena in New Jersey, and will kick-off at 4 p.m. ET (2 p.m. MT), and will also be broadcast locally by Altitude TV with commentary from Richard Fleming and Marcelo Balboa.

The Rapids open their season this weekend at New York, while the Red Bulls - the 2013 Supporters' Shield winners - are on the heels of a 4-1 loss at Vancouver on March 8.
