What a whirlwind week it has been for certain players within the Colorado Rapids locker room, among them Kamani Hill and Shane O'Neill. O'Neill netted his first-ever goal in MLS during the 4-1 victory over Montreal Impact, and a fabulous goal it was too.

He was joined on the scoresheet by Hill, who has not enjoyed as many minutes as his younger teammate in what is now his third season with the Rapids, and was the forgotten man of 2013. Kamani Hill's journey from California, to Europe and finally to MLS is a tale of perserverance and character, and he tells it on this week's Rapids Podcast.

Co-hosts David Lindholm and Richard Fleming reflect on the wonderful win over the Impact, look ahead to this Sunday's home fixture with Houston Dynamo (TICKETS), and debate the value of importing aging stars from the English Premier League. Plus - as always - play-by-play announcer Fleming is ready to hand out the award for 'Numpty of the Week'.
