The Rapids' new primary and alternate jerseys reached new heights on Tuesday.
As part of Major League Soccer's #JerseyWeek, the Rapids brought their new jerseys on a mini-caravan to iconic Colorado landmarks on Tuesday - starting the day at an altitude of 9,600 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Four Breckenridge professional skiers and snowboarders, wearing the Rapids' new colors, took the Colorado SuperChair - one of the most ridden chairlifts in North America - to an altitude of 10,925 above sea level before coming down the popular mountain, at times passing the new adidas Prime match ball around with their boards.
Rapids legend Marcelo Balboa also took part in the morning's activities, conducting interviews and signing autographs.
