Kroenke Sports & Entertainment today announces the renaming of TicketHorse to Altitude Tickets. This name change will continue to align the brand’s identity as a part of the KSE family. Altitude Tickets will officially launch today, Monday January 6th, with the debut of their new website www.AltitudeTickets.com.
“TicketHorse has been an industry leader in ticketing technology since our inception is 2007. As we continue to grow as a company, we felt that the Altitude brand better identifies us as a regional ticketing company in the Rocky Mountain region,” said Nick Collison, President of Altitude Tickets.
“We are proud to rename our ticketing asset Altitude Tickets; the Altitude name has become synonymous with first rate service and quality in the entertainment industry,” said Doug Ackerman, SVP of Venues for Kroenke Sports & Entertainment. “Additionally, Altitude Tickets better identifies with our other entities such as Altitude Sports & Entertainment and Altitude Authentics.”
TicketHorse was founded in 2007 and is a Denver-based ticketing company that is the sole official ticketing agency of Pepsi Center, 1STBANK Center, Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, Paramount Theatre, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Mammoth, Colorado Rapids, Hudson Gardens, Colorado State Fair and 9NEWS Parade of Lights. TicketHorse issues nearly 3 million tickets annually. By making the change at this time, Altitude Tickets will be available for tickets going on sale in 2014 for clients, such as The Hudson Gardens and Event Center, the Colorado State Fair, and the Colorado Rapids.
The name change will not affect tickets that have already been purchased or have any impact on the Flash Seats digital method of venue entry.
Altitude Tickets is pleased to continue to provide the same ticketing services to its ticket purchasers and clients. Altitude Tickets will be available by phone at 866.461.6556 (toll free) or locally at 303.893.TIXS (303.893.8497), www.AltitudeTickets.com, kiosks located in all Colorado Dick’s Sporting Goods stores, and at all venue box offices.
