Tickets are on sale for the Colorado Rapids' next home match, against New England Revolution on Saturday April 4, kickoff 5:00 p.m MT (TICKETS).

Jay Heaps' side were beaten finalists in last year's MLS Cup, losing 2-1 after extra-time to LA Galaxy. They were also the side that triggered the Rapids' 14-game winless streak in the second half of last season, earning a comfortable 3-0 win at Gillette Stadium on July 30.

Due to a scheduling conflict, Altitude will broadcast the Colorado Rapids game at Houston Dynamo game on Saturday, March 28th on tape delay at 11:30 p.m MT the same night. It will not broadcast the game live.

After the debut showing at 11:30 p.m, additional replays are scheduled as follows:

Colorado Rapids ground out a second successive goalless draw in their home opener with New York City FC at Dick's Sporting Goods Park on Saturday.

The hosts had the better of the game in front of a sell-out crowd of 17,692 but could not break through, even when the visitors had Shay Facey dismissed with eight minutes remaining.

Sam Cronin is not prone to sudden outbursts of emotion, rather he is controlled, calm and – if truth be known – understated in his demeanor.

And yet, even this hardened MLS midfielder, starting his eighth season in the league breaks into a smile when asked about the forthcoming home opener against New York City FC (TICKETS).

“We’re going for three points,” he said, the smile barely detracting from the determined look in his eye.

Major League Soccer has announced a match change to the 2015 schedule, which affects the Colorado Rapids. To avoid a conflict with the Gold Cup, the Rapids' regular season away game at New York Red Bulls has been rescheduled.
 
The match, which was previously scheduled for July 25 in New Jersey, has been moved to Wednesday, April 29 at Red Bull Arena. Kickoff time is set for 5:30 p.m. MT.
