Based on recent feedback that we have received, we want to make sure we are communicating upcoming club events as far in advance as possible. Throughout the year, we will continue to update this page as event locations and dates are confirmed. Below are a few events to look forward to in 2019!
  • Saturday, August 10 vs San Jose Earthquakes | Season Ticket Member Exclusive Field Day: The second and final Season Ticket Member field day where members are given exclusive access to participate in on-field activities following the match against the San Jose Earthquakes.
  • Tuesday, June 25 | World Cup of Wine & Beer: The Colorado Rapids annual World Cup of Wine & Beer presented by Audi will be held Tuesday, June 25 at DICK'S Sporting Goods Park. Fans will enjoy a beautiful summer evening mingling with Colorado Rapids players and coaches while sampling food, beer and wine throughout the world. Proceeds benefit Kroenke Sports Charities community programs for children and families in Colorado. To purchase tickets click here!
 

 


 

Ticket Exchange Policy

 

To help maximize the value of your Season Ticket Membership, please utilize the Flexible Ticket Exchange Program which allows you to move unused tickets into future exchange eligible matches based on availability. All ticket exchanges must be redeemed seven days prior to the specified match. Below is a list of upcoming 2019 regular season home games. Please see below as NOT all games are exchange eligible.

*Change to the program in 2019: There are more exchange eligible games than ever before! However, each game will have a maximum number of exchanges that we’re able to accommodate. As soon as our exchange allotment is reached, we will not be able to accommodate any exchange requests. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR EXCHANGE REQUESTS AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE! 

To redeem your unused tickets, please contact your Membership Services Executive or call 303.825.GOAL.  You can redeem a maximum of eight (8) unused tickets per match.  All exchanges are subject to availability. When utilizing the exchange program, we are not able to relocate your current Season Ticket Membership Seats. Your Membership Services Executive will work with you to secure additional seats as close to your Season Ticket Membership seats as possible. Please note that exchange eligible games are subject to change.

Colorado Rapids Membership Services Team

 

All season ticket members are assigned a specific membership services executive that is dedicated to enhancing your experience! As your main point of contact with the club, they will be available to assist with everything you need regarding your membership and gameday experience, and will do their best to communicate relevant updates to ensure you’re informed on the latest Rapids news. 

Our Membership Services team only has a couple rules! If you’re ever having any issues on gameday or with anything pertaining to your membership, please make sure that you’re contacting us. If your dedicated membership services executive doesn’t know about it, they can’t help! Likewise, if you ever have any requests, please let them know.

During weekdays our team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM via phone, email or by appointment at the stadium. 

On gamedays, the team will be available one and a half hours prior to kickoff at ticket window #3 at the west box. If you need anything upon entering the stadium, please visit us at the Season Ticket Member Headquarters at the top of section 119.

Fan Experience

 

Walk-through metal detectors

This season, the Rapids and DICK’S Sporting Goods Park will be implementing walk-through metal detectors at all gates. Fans will be asked to pass through the metal detectors before having their ticket scanned by a staff member. All items will need to be taken out of pockets, and bags will be examined by a staff member as fans enter the stadium. Bags must be 14”x14”x6” or smaller to be allowed in the gates. No backpacks will be permitted inside of the stadium. Please arrive early to allow ample time to pass through the metal detectors and get your ticket scanned!

DJ Jen Jones

The Rapids are proud to announce our new resident DJ - DJ Jen Jones - who will be playing music throughout our key matchups this season from her booth on the north terrace!

Rapids Tailgate Live

Our new digital pregame show gets fans prepared for the match but also aims to highlight the amazing tailgate culture at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park ahead of a Rapids match. The set will be located just outside of Eighteen76 on the south end of the stadium and we’ll be broadcasting live roughly thirty minutes ahead of the posted kickoff time. The show will feature exclusive content, lineup announcements, player & guest appearances, fan interaction, giveaways and much more. Get your gameday started off right by stopping to watch the show live and then head to your seats for the match!

Understanding Auto Renewal

 

To simplify the renewal process for Colorado Rapids Season Ticket Members, no action is required to secure your seats for the 2020 season! Should you wish to change the status of your Membership for the 2020 season, you must contact your Membership Services Executive via phone during a specified 21-day period. After you have spoken with your Membership Services Executive, you will be sent a survey that must be completed to change the status of your 2020 Season Ticket Membership.

To ensure a seamless transition to the 2020 season, your Membership Services Executive will contact you to communicate the timing the of 21-day window, verify your account and payment information is correct, and make sure you’re informed on everything pertaining to the renewal process.
