We have switched to completely mobile ticketing in order to make the process as easy and safe as possible for our fans. All tickets are now readily available in the MLS App, simply follow the instructions below.

 Why are the Rapids moving to mobile tickets?

Mobile ticketing is the safest and most convenient way to get your tickets. They also provide for ease of multi-game ticket management and transfer. At the Rapids, we want to make the ticketing process as secure and easy as possible for fans, and ticketing across the industry is proving that this is the way.

 How much does the app cost?

It's free!

 How do I connect my App account to my Rapids ticket account?

Simply login to your ticketmaster account after you select the “manage tickets” option.

 How do I send or forward a ticket to someone?

Go to tickets, manage tickets, then select the game you wish to transfer and click SEND

 Can I print my tickets from home?

No, all tickets are mobile.

 What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?

We recommend turning up your screen brightness to prevent this problem. If this doesn’t help, you can go see the box office with a photo ID to resolve the issue.

 What if I lose connectivity or can’t connect to my account to access my ticket when I arrive at Dicks Sporting Goods Park?

We recommend you add your tickets to your apple wallet or use the “add to my phone” feature on androids prior to the event to reduce the likelihood of this issue. If the issue persists, you can go to the box office with a photo ID to get your ticket printed.

 What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?

If you go to the box office with a photo ID, they will be able to print the ticket for you.

 Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, all tickets will appear when you select the match and swipe to the left. You may also add multiple tickets to your phone ahead of time as well.

 What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?

You may send another member in your party their ticket prior to the game with the “Trasnfer” feature, or they can also access your ticketmaster account at the same time through the app on their phone.

 Can multiple phones access the same account at one time?

Yes. If all your tickets are on the same account, each member of your party can access that account at the same time. Please be sure each member of your group knows what ticket they are entering with to avoid issues at the gates.

 Does the person I send the tickets to need a Ticketmaster account?

Yes.

 What if I forward tickets to the wrong person, can I recall the tickets?

Yes, you just need to recall before the tickets are accepted.

 Can ticket holders transfer tickets after the event has started?

Yes.

 What if I don’t have a smartphone?

Fans without a smartphone can go to the box office to get a printed ticket.
