Go to tickets, manage tickets, then select the game you wish to transfer and click SEND

We recommend turning up your screen brightness to prevent this problem. If this doesn’t help, you can go see the box office with a photo ID to resolve the issue.
We recommend you add your tickets to your apple wallet or use the “add to my phone” feature on androids prior to the event to reduce the likelihood of this issue. If the issue persists, you can go to the box office with a photo ID to get your ticket printed.

Yes, all tickets will appear when you select the match and swipe to the left. You may also add multiple tickets to your phone ahead of time as well.
You may send another member in your party their ticket prior to the game with the “Trasnfer” feature, or they can also access your ticketmaster account at the same time through the app on their phone.
Yes. If all your tickets are on the same account, each member of your party can access that account at the same time. Please be sure each member of your group knows what ticket they are entering with to avoid issues at the gates.
