The Rapids' Passback Program is an equipment drive that will benefit underserved kids through the sponsorship of the US Soccer Foundation. This year's Passback beneficiary will be Soccer Dreams Without Borders; check out their organization online by CLICKING HERE.
Clean out your closets basements and garages (or better yet get your entire team or club to gather all your new or gently-used gear!) and bring what you can collect to the Rapids' home game on Saturday October 7!
Help the Colorado Rapids aid needy kids by bringing your new and/or used soccer equipment to INVESCO Field at Mile High and dropping the items off in the giant blue bins outside the south end of the stadium! Appropriate items include cleats shorts jerseys socks shin guards soccer balls nets and any other soccer-related items!
As an added incentive the Colorado Rapids will be giving the chance to win a 2006 Colorado Rapids team-autographed soccer balls to all fans who donate to the drive!
The Passback program is one of the Colorado Rapids' great programs of community giving. For more information on the Passback program click here. Remember: "Share the Equipment.......Share the Game"!
Thanks to all fans and the US Soccer Foundation for helping the Colorado Rapids make equipment available to help needy kids be able to play soccer!
If for some reason you can't make it to the Rapids game on Sat. Oct. 7 you can also donate your equipment at any Colorado Soccer Stop location. Check out their locations below:
