Tale of the Tape | Joshua Gatt vs. Yordy Reyna | Whitecaps vs. Rapids

Joshua Gatt of the Colorado Rapids and the Vancouver Whitecaps' Yordy Reyna are players who have both been labeled 'exciting', with the two set to be unleashed on BC Place this Saturday (Altitude 8:00 p.m.).

Gatt is now getting playing time, having started the last two games for the Rapids. He offers terrific speed on the flanks. A fearless player, his darting, dangerous runs have forced teams to double-up on him, leaving space for others to exploit.

Reyna's season is only beginning to get going, after he sustained a foot injury during preseason, delaying his MLS debut until July 1. The Peru international has two goals and two assists in the last three games, and loves to be on the ball.

Enjoying his soccer again after battling knee injuries during six years at Norwegian club Molde. Fast winger who can take on any defender in a 1v1 situation.

What they say …

An exciting, hard-working, young talent who is very direct with the ball, can make the final pass and can score goals. Should be a key part of Vancouver's attacking rotation.
