How many matches are included in Full Season Ticket Memberships?

Each Full Season Ticket Membership includes all seventeen (17) Colorado Rapids regular season home matches.

When do I renew my seats for the 2022 season?

To simplify the renewal process for Colorado Rapids Season Ticket Members, no action is required to secure your seats for the 2022 season! Should you wish to change the status of your Membership for the 2022 season, you must contact your Membership Services Executive via phone during a specified 21-day period.

To ensure a seamless transition to the 2022 season, your Membership Services Executive will contact you to communicate the timing the of 21-day window, verify your account and payment information is correct, and make sure you’re informed on everything pertaining to the renewal process.

How do I access my tickets?

You can access your digital tickets through your KSE Account Manager via https://am.ticketmaster.com/kse/#/ or the MLS smartphone application. For the MLS app, you will have to make the Rapids your favorite team in order to access the digital ticketing feature.

There you will be able to view, transfer, or sell your Season Tickets and manage your Season Ticket invoices.

Can I re-sell tickets for games I cannot attend?

You are able to re-sell your Colorado Rapids tickets through Ticketmaster resale. This resale feature can be accessed through your Account Manager or the MLS App.

How does parking work for Season Ticket Members?

Though parking is complimentary at all Colorado Rapids home games, Season Ticket Members have access to two exclusive Season Ticket Member Parking Lots. They are Lot A and Lot AA located on the Southeast side of DICK’s Sporting Goods Park. You must present your digital Season Ticket Member Parking Pass to gain access to either lot.

When can I enter the stadium as a Season Ticket Member?

You can enter the stadium one hour and 15 minutes before kick off for all Colorado Rapids home games. 15 minutes before the general public! Example: 5:45 pm for a 7:00pm kick off.

Where can I find the Membership Services team during Rapids home games?

Your Service Team will be at the Season Ticket Member HQ throughout all Rapids home games, located on the concourse above Section 119. Here you can find your Service Representative to talk about any gameday questions/concerns or just come to watch the game with us!!
