Ticket Exchange Policy
In the event you are unable to attend a Colorado Rapids home game, you are able to exchange your tickets to another, exchange eligible Rapids home game. All Rapids full season ticket members have the ability to perform both future and missed game ticket exchanges. The deadline to exchange tickets is (72) hours before a game. Rapids full season ticket members have the ability to exchange into (11) exchange eligible Colorado Rapids home games. To exchange your season tickets, you must:
- Contact your membership services executive
- Send the tickets you would like to exchange OUT of back to your membership services executive via Flash Seats
Please note, your seating location is not guaranteed should you add additional tickets above the number of season ticket membership seats you own. Your membership services executive will work with you to secure your additional seats as close to your season ticket membership seats as possible. We are unable to relocate your original seats for the game.

Colorado Rapids Service Team
As a season ticket member, a representative of the Colorado Rapids organization will be assigned as your membership services executive. Please do not hesitate to contact your membership services executive with questions you may have regarding your membership. Your representative will be contacting you throughout the 2018 season via email and phone.
During the week (Monday – Friday) the membership services team is available from 9 AM to 5 PM via phone, email, or by appointment at the stadium.
On gamedays, the membership services team will be available at ticket window 3 at the west box office 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff. They are also located at our season ticket member headquarters table inside the stadium at the top of section 119 during the match.

Premium Membership Services
Walk-through metal detectors
This season, the Rapids and DICK’S Sporting Goods Park will be implementing walk-through metal detectors at all gates. Fans will be asked to pass through the metal detectors before having their ticket scanned by a staff member. All items will need to be taken out of pockets, and bags will be examined by a staff member as fans enter the stadium. Bags must be 14”x14”x6” or smaller to be allowed in the gates. No backpacks will be permitted inside of the stadium. Please arrive early to allow ample time to pass through the metal detectors and get your ticket scanned!
DJ Jen Jones
The Rapids are proud to announce our new resident DJ - DJ Jen Jones - who will be playing music throughout our key matchups this season from her booth on the north terrace!
Rapids Tailgate Live
Our new 30-minute digital pregame show gets fans prepared for the match but also aims to highlight the amazing tailgate culture at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park ahead of a Rapids match. The set will be located just outside of Eighteen76 on the south end of the stadium and we’ll be broadcasting live roughly one hour and fifteen minutes ahead of the posted kickoff time. The show will feature exclusive content, lineup announcements, player & guest appearances, fan interaction, giveaways and much more. Get your gameday started off right by stopping to watch the show live and then head to your seats for the match!

Understanding Auto Renewal
All Rapids full season ticket members are automatically enrolled in auto renewal for their season ticket membership. No action is needed to secure your seats for 2019 as you will be automatically billed for your seats unless your membership services executive is notified otherwise. We will contact you to ensure your account information is correct prior to our auto renewal process to ensure a seamless transition to 2019. Should you not wish to continue your Colorado Rapids season ticket membership, you must contact your membership services executive during out auto renewal opt-out period via phone. You will need to complete a brief survey to finalize your opt out. Please be aware, your opt out will not process and your membership will be renewed if the survey is not completed. No refunds will be issued for terminating your season ticket membership.
