Padraic Farrell

Director of Team Operations

Padraic Farrell joined the club at the start of the 2022 season for his first season with the organization as the Director of Team Operations for Colorado Rapids 2. As the Director of Team Operations, Padraic oversees the day to day operations of the team and handles contracts and league and player liaison duties.

Before joining the Rapids, Farrell spent four years as the Director of Football Operations for OKC Energy FC where he oversaw team operations, recruiting, scouting, contracts and league and player liaison duties. In 2019, Farrell was named Best in USL Championship Team Operations by the league office.

Farrell has also served as a youth coach for the New York Red Bulls and Lehigh Valley United, an assistant coach for Albuquerque Sol and DeSales University Men’s Soccer and as the Assistant Technical Director for Albuquerque United FC.

Farrell holds his USSF "C" License. He graduated from DeSales University with a MBA with a focus in management and his bachelor’s degree in international business. He played four years of college soccer at DeSales University.
