Media Parking

  • Media may park anywhere in the Victory North Lot on the northwest side of the stadium. 

Media Entrance & Check-In

  • The Media Entrance is located near Gate H (entrance is labeled “Media Entrance” and is denoted by the red marker in the map above). Media Check-In will open 90 minutes before kickoff.

Photography and Videography:

  • All photographers and television camera operators must remain behind the field boards at all times, wearing visible bibs while on the field.
  • There will be a basket by the Media Entrance for you to deposit the bibs and wristbands on your way out.
  • Credentialed photographers can access the field via the stairwell in the North Building after entering through the Media Entrance near Gate H.
  • Exceptions apply when a staff photographer, national rights-holder, or the MLS crew is present. These entities are permitted to shoot in designated areas between the top of the 18-yard box and the end line.
  • Photographers interested in capturing images of the Starting XI will be escorted and accompanied by a member of the communications staff after the procession. They should wait for the communications staff member's direction before proceeding to the designated photo area. It's important that photographers refrain from interacting with the coaching staff or players.
  • Non-rights holders may videotape the first 15 minutes of each half during matches. Only all-access credential holders may film the entire game.
  • Live video transmission during match action is restricted to Club personnel and broadcast rights-holders

Please note that filming is only permitted during the first 15 minutes of each half and must be for editorial purposes only.

Press Box & Photo Workroom: 

  • The Press Box is located on the 3rd floor of the West Building and is accessible via the staircase or elevator inside the Media Entrance.
  • Photographers and ENG crews covering the match may use the Press Level area as a workroom.

Starting XI Photo: 

  • Photographers will be allowed access to the sidelines prior to the start of the match to shoot the Starting XI photo.
  • When accessing the sidelines, photographers must be escorted by the official photo marshal for the match or by a member of the Rapids communications staff.
  • When accessing the sidelines, photographers will not be permitted to enter the field until they have been escorted to the photo area by the official photo marshal for the match or a member of the Rapids communications staff.
  • It is prohibited for photographers to engage with players or coaching staff from either team while accessing the sidelines for the Starting XI picture. 
  • Photographers should only be permitted to shoot the Starting XI photo from the sideline of the field prior to the match.

Post-Match Press Conference: 

  • A press conference with head coach Chris Armas and a Rapids player will be conducted after the match. A member of the Rapids communications staff will escort media from the press conference room to the mixed zone area.
  • When attending the press conference or mixed zone, all media members are advised to keep their personal items with them at all times. Personal belongings should not be left unattended in the press conference room, facility hallways, or in the mixed zone area.

Mixed Zone: 

  • The mixed zone will take place after the conclusion of the post-match press conference with requested Rapids players. A member of the Rapids communications staff will escort media from the press conference room to the mixed zone area.
  • All interview requests for the postgame mixed zone should be requested by the start of the postgame press conference.
  • If a media member has requested a mixed zone interview, it is recommended for them to remain in the mixed zone area until the requested interview is completed.
  • Following the conclusion of the mixed zone, all media members will be escorted to the press box by a member of the Rapids communications staff.

Professionalism:

  • Credentials are not for preferential access, such as autographs or personal requests.
  • Photography access is solely for outlet coverage/usage. Violations will result in immediate credential loss.
  • If a media member encounters an access issue with a member of security, they should notify a member of the Rapids communications staff for assistance in resolving the problem.

Note: Any credentialed individual who does not follow the game day media guidelines is subject to losing his/her credential and will be asked to leave the stadium grounds immediately.
