What is Membership Flexibility?
With Membership Flexibility, there are no more renewal deadlines or feeling locked in. If your circumstances change, you will have the ability to make changes to your Membership at any time.
How can I make adjustments to my Membership?
If your circumstances change, simply contact your dedicated Membership Services Representative, and they'll work with you to find the best solution based on your needs.
You'll be able to make changes to your Membership after receiving your Membership Dues notification on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
What adjustments can I make to my Membership?
There are many different options available to you when it comes to Membership Flexibility. Whether it is delaying a monthly payment, altering the number of games you attend, the seat location and price of your seats, or even stepping away for a period of time, contact your representative and we will work with you to find the best solution.
How do I secure my Playoff Seats?
One of the many benefits of being a Full Season Member is priority access to your Membership seats throughout the Audi 2026 MLS Cup Playoffs. Once the Rapids have officially qualified and a home playoff match is confirmed, your seats will automatically be reserved and charged for you, no action required. As the Rapids advance and additional home playoff matches are guaranteed, your seats will continue to be automatically reserved and charged at your exclusive Member rate.
As always, Members will have the ability to opt out of their playoff seats by contacting their Membership Services Representative. Members who opt out will still receive exclusive pre-sale access to purchase playoff tickets, although those tickets will be available at the higher single-game price.
If I want to take a break from my Membership, how will that impact my refund?
If you choose to step away from your Membership, we’ll first credit you for any future games that have not yet been played and have not been transferred or resold.
Member pricing is based on a commitment to a specific number of games. As part of an active Membership, Members receive preferred pricing during the regular season and other Membership benefits tied to that level of commitment.
This may include:
Regular Season Pricing Benefits – Season Ticket Member pricing compared to standard single-game ticket pricing for games already attended.
Playoff Discounts – The Audi MLS Cup Playoff discounts received for being a Season Ticket Member with an active Membership ticket plan versus pricing given to inactive Membership accounts.
If you need to step away later, that’s okay! We’ll review any pricing benefits already received during your Membership and reconcile them as part of the refund process, so everything is handled fairly. Any applicable pricing differences will be clearly outlined as part of the refund calculation.
Stepping away from your Membership is only one option available to you! You are also able to reduce the number of games in your plan or change your seat location at any time. This would allow you to continue being an active Season Ticket Member, while also reducing your commitment.
What is the timing of refunds owed from stepping away from my Membership?
Please know that we will always work with you to process your refund as efficiently as we can. When you speak with your Membership Services Representative about your request to step away from your Membership, they will walk you through the various pricing benefits that would need to be reconciled as well as future games that are eligible for refund or not (as noted above: if future tickets have been transferred or resold, they cannot be refunded). They will then work with our internal teams to determine your final refund amount. This process could take up to a week, but we will always keep you updated.
Once your final refund amount is determined, your refund will take place either to the original credit card used to make the purchase (process can take up to 10 business days), or by check refund which can take 4-6 weeks to process.
If I want to take a break from my Season Ticket Membership, how will that impact my tenure should I return?
Once your account no longer has an active Membership plan, the account will reset along with the tenure you have built over the years of your Membership.
What happens to the seats when I take a break from my Membership?
Once your seats are released, they become available for current and prospective Members to purchase. When you’re ready to return, we’ll do our best to find you comparable seats but your same great Membership location is not guaranteed.
Playoffs – how does the timing and pricing of playoff tickets factor into this plan?
Members who remain active, receive access to discounted playoff pricing for postseason games that occur within their Membership window.
If a Member later chooses to step away from their Season Ticket Membership, we will reconcile any playoff pricing benefits received for the prior season’s playoffs that fell within that Membership window.
