The Colorado Rapids concluded their first Arizona-based preseason training camp of 2018 with a friendly against Sporting Kansas City on Saturday, February 3 at the Phoenix Rising Soccer Complex.
"The focus today was putting pressure on the ball," midfielder Johan Blomberg said. "I think we did very well. I think we controlled the game, and I think we are a better team. Maybe not the best game, but I believe we were the best team today."
The Rapids now head home to Colorado, before returning to Arizona for a 10-day preseason training camp in Tucson.
