How do you work on your mental health?

I try to find ways to create the space I need to keep myself centered, especially whenever things begin to feel overwhelming. For me, that means doing the little routines that give me a sense of control or enjoyment—reading, working out, cooking—while being conscious of the things that trigger anxiety. It can feel like balancing a seesaw, but over time, you get better at gauging how you’re leaning and can adjust accordingly to keep yourself level.
