COMMERCE CITY, Colo. - Colorado Rapids Academy’s Aiden Appiah has been called into the U.S. U-15 Boys’ Youth National Team for a domestic training camp from September 12-19, the federation announced. Appiah will join the team in Fayetteville, Georgia, under Head Coach Ross Brady. The call up will mark Appiah’s first with the U-15s after earning multiple call ups to the Under-14 Boys’ Talent Identification Program.
“We are thrilled for Aiden to receive the opportunity to represent his country in his first call up to the U-15s,” said Andrew Kewley, Colorado Rapids Academy Director. “His call up comes as a result of hard work and dedication during his time in the talent ID programs. We are excited to see how his development will progress as he works his way through the national team pathway.”
Appiah is a long-standing member of the Rapids organization, having come up through the Rapids Futures Program starting at the U-12 level. The midfielder worked his way through the Rapids Academy system and earned himself a roster spot on the U-14 team during the 2024-25 MLS NEXT season. Last season, Appiah added five goals and nine assists as one of the top producers for the U-14 side.
Appiah now joins the U-15 roster for the 2025-26 MLS NEXT season, which kicks off in early September.
