- Last week's season-opening match saw four Colorado debutantes, three of which appeared in the Starting XI. All four remain in Saturday's lineup: Dante Sealy, Hamzat Ojediran, Luas Herrington and Miguel Navarro.
- Rob Holding and Alex Harris appear in the Starting XI for the first time this season. Harris was subbed into the match with Seattle in the 68th minute. This is his first MLS regular seaosn start.
- With 29 club career goals, striker Rafael Navarro is one away from tying Dominique Badji for 8th-most in club history.
- After first donning the captain's armband against Seattle, goalkeeper Zack Steffen will continue to lead from betweeen the posts this afternoon. He continues to climb the Rapids’ all-time goalkeeping charts currently ranking seventh with 56 appearances, just three below Marcus Hahnemann in sixth.
