• Designated Player Morgan Whittaker makes his first club start in the historic Open Cup Semifinal match after making his debut in the Rapids' previous MLS regular season contest with CF Montréal on Saturday. 
• Goalkeeper Adam Beaudry makes his first appearance between the sticks for the Rapids' first team in Open Cup play. Beaudry previously stood in goal for Rapids 2's appearances in the 2024 tournament.  
• The Semifinal match marks a first Open Cup experience for Loïc Williams, Sayed Abu Farkhi, Bryan Dowd and Whittaker.
