This match preview for the Colorado Rapids Special Olympics Unified Team is brought to you by Coca-Cola.

The Colorado Rapids Special Olympics Unified team will travel to Minnesota on Tuesday to take on Minnesota United’s Unified Team for their second and final match of 2019 season. The match will take place on Wednesday, August 14 directly following the conclusion of the Colorado Rapids vs Minnesota United match at Allianz Field.

The first matchup between these two teams became an instant classic after Rapids Unified goalkeeper Luis Miranda made a diving final save in a penalty shootout to give the Rapids the win over Minnesota Unified in June.

On Wednesday, the teams will play 11v11 with two 20-minute halves and a five-minute halftime. Both teams have received coaching, instruction and mentoring from both Colorado Rapids and Minnesota United FC players.
