The 2021 season is just around the corner, and we know you are excited to see your favorite players back in the burgundy and blue. It’s been awhile since we last saw our guys in Colorado, so what have they been up to?
Many of them were able to enjoy their offseason by spending time outside, reuniting with their families back in their home countries and celebrating the holiday season. One player even used his time off to get married!
Let’s see what the Colorado Rapids have been up to.
Celebrating the holidays with their loved ones
Our players are just like me and you! Many of the Rapids posted on social media during the holiday season, going out and getting a Christmas tree and sharing the most wonderful time of the year with their loved ones at home.
Soaking up some rays
For a few players on the Rapids, going home means returning to beautiful, sunny weather. It feels like every guy on the team took advantage of the opportunity to post a picture by the pool.
Or, at least spent some time taking in the sunset (being at the beach is a nice perk, too.)
Staying active
Younes Namli, on the other hand, used his beautiful beach weather to hit the bike trails.
And Keegan Rosenberry experienced a different type of perfect weather – out exploring the snowy mountains in Vermont.
Congratulations, Braian and Maria!
Last but certainly not least, Braian Galván and his now-wife Maria got married on the beach. Congrats to the happy couple!
