Notes:

Unbeaten Run Against LA

The Rapids enter Saturday's match on a four-game unbeaten run (3-0-1) against the Galaxy that dates back to September 2017, including a pair of consecutive wins from their last two encounters. In the stretch, the Rapids outscored the Galaxy 7-4.

Homegrown Anchor

Homegrown defender Sam Vines is the only Rapids player to have played every minute of the 2020 season thus far. The 21-year-old left back has achieved a couple of milestones this month, recording his first MLS assist on 9/9 in a 1-1 draw against the Houston Dynamo, and then adding his first professional goal on 9/12 on the road against rocky mountain rivals RSL. Fellow Homegrown teammate Cole Bassett also scored in the match against RSL, marking the first time in club history that two Colorado Homegrown players scored in the same game.

Youth on Display

It's no secret that the Rapids have been focused on developing young talent. On Wednesday night, the average age of the starting lineup is 24.9 year old, which it the youngest lineup of the season.
