Club Policy
In compliance with federal and state law, as well as the policies of the U.S. Center for SafeSport, U.S. Soccer Federation and Major League Soccer, the Club has adopted a comprehensive set of Safe Sport policies. These are designed to help prevent abuse and ensure a proper response to any reports of misconduct.
Our policies are informed by the standards and guidance of the U.S. Center for SafeSport to help ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
Safe Screening (Background Checks)
The Club requires regular background checks of all Club staff and representatives.
Education & Training
The Club requires regular mandatory training on abuse prevention and response along with targeted education programs for various Club audiences.
Reporting
The Club requires mandatory reporting of all Club staff and representatives and solicits player feedback regularly.
Homestay & Minor Players Wellbeing
The Club provides clear parameters for the treatment and care of minor players, especially those in Homestay environments.
