While we recognize that no single solution can perfectly meet the preferences of every Member, our priority throughout this process has been to accommodate as many Members as possible and ensure you receive the access and experience you deserve.

Why is the match being played at Empower Field at Mile High?
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of our inaugural home match, we felt there was no better stage than our original home, Mile High Stadium, especially as we welcome Inter Miami CF. Hosting the reigning MLS Cup Champions in Colorado, at a stadium of this scope, is a landmark moment for our club and for Colorado sports, and moving the match allows us to accommodate significantly more fans while delivering a high-quality experience worthy of the historic occasion.
Where will my seats be at Empower Field at Mile High?
All Season Ticket Members will receive a seating location in the lowermost bowl, closest to the field, with comparable sight lines to their seats at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park. Additionally, Season Ticket Members will have an exclusive upgrade opportunity to move their seats to the United Club Level at a discounted rate!
How will I access my tickets?
Season Ticket Member seating locations will be loaded into Denver Broncos Account Manager after the New Year and prior to single match tickets going on sale. You’ll use the same Ticketmaster credentials you use for KSE Account Manager to sign in. Once available, you can access, manage, and download your tickets for this match just as you would through KSE Account Manager.
How can I purchase additional tickets to the match?
Season Members will receive priority presale access to purchase up to eight (8) tickets to the Inter Miami CF match. This presale features exclusive Member pricing and access to reserved lower-level locations before the general public. You will be notified via an email from your Membership Services Representative with the exact date and time of your presale after the New Year.
Can I purchase additional tickets next to my Season Ticket Member seats?
While it’s possible, it is unlikely that additional tickets will be available directly next to your Season Ticket Member location. If you want your entire group seated together, we recommend purchasing a block of seats for your party during your presale window and making separate plans for your original Season Ticket Member seats.
Is this match eligible for my Flexible Ticket Exchange benefit?
Because this event is being played at an alternate venue, the Flexible Ticket Exchange benefit does not apply for the Inter Miami CF match. Meaning you will not be able to exchange tickets from your other 16 matches at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park into this match, nor can you exchange out of the Inter Miami CF match. If you need additional seats, you may purchase up to eight (8) tickets at a discounted Member rate. You will still be able to manage your tickets just as you would for any other home match.
I’m a new Season Ticket Member— when will I be assigned a designated Membership Services Representative?
New Season Ticket Members will be introduced to their dedicated Membership Services Representative via email at the beginning of January. Your new Service Rep will serve as your main point of contact and will be available to assist with any Membership needs throughout the 2026 season and beyond.
