The Colorado Rapids are hosting Mental Health Awareness Night this weekend, where we will provide fans with mental health resources from around the community and celebrate those who help to reduce the stigma around mental health every day. Join us on Saturday as we kick off the night with a Block Party, host a drive for mental health-related donation items and finish with a matchup against Minnesota United FC!
As part of the evening, the team will be wearing the New Day Kit, featuring custom numbers created by local artist and New Day Kit designer Pat Milbery.
Pregame Activities
New Expanded Block Party Begins at The Dale's Bar Patio | 5:30 p.m.
- The Block Party is free to the public, so bring all of your friends and family to amp up the gameday energy!
- The expanded Block Party in 2024 will span from The Dale's Bar patio to the VIP East Lot on the south end of the stadium.
- Food trucks featured at the Block Party include Taco Bron and Hip Hop Popsicle.
- The Colorado Rapids are excited to partner with Oskar Blues to offer a limited-edition Dale’s x Rapids Beer Crowler. You can only get this new item in stadium, available at The Dale’s Bar for $15.
- Note: Stadium entry directly through The Dale’s Bar or adjoining Gate D will not be available due to the updated Block Party footprint. Fans should enter The Block Party through Gate E.
Park Everything Lot Opens | 5:30 p.m.
- Fans that live near DSG Park are encouraged to use the Park Everything Lot outside Gate B! Strollers, scooters, wagons, bikes, and other wheeled vehicles will be accommodated at the Park Everything Lot and secured by stadium security for the entirety of gameday.
Rapids Rideshare Lot
- Located on west side of the stadium, the brand new Rapids Rideshare Lot will operate out of the first two lanes of the Victory North parking lot outside of gates G and H for both pre-game and post-game rides. Fans are encouraged to use this lot as their drop-off and pick-up location on gameday for a safer and more convenient way to catch their ride home.
All Gates Open | 6:30 p.m.
- On arrival, fans will find drop-off bins at Gates B and G as part of the Rapids’ drive with WellPower, a program dedicated to recovery, resilience and well-being. Accepted items include sensory toys (fidget spinner, stress balls, etc.), art supplies and children's books in both English and Spanish.
- New Day Kit at Altitude Authentics: With every purchase of a New Day Kit during the month of May we will be providing a free New Day scarf! Check out the options either in-person at any Altitude Authentics location in the stadium or online at AltitudeAuthentics.com.
- For this game only we will be offering FREE customization of your New Day Kit purchased at Altitude Authentics! Head to Section 127 to get your New Day Kit specially crafted with numbers deisgned by Pat Milbery, exactly like the ones worn by the players on the pitch. Note: Previously purchased or worn kits will NOT be eligible for free customization.
- New Day Kit Auction: Fans will also have the opportunity to bid on player- worn New Day Kits, featuring the special numbers designed by Pat Milbery, through an auction benefitting Mental Health Colorado. The auction will be live from May 25th, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. to June 1st at 11:59 p.m.
- Tabling at Section 105 will be Project Helping, a program dedicated to connecting you to volunteer opportunities that aid the community and in turn, your own mental well-being! Stop by and check out their Kynd Kits, available to purchase.
- Tell us what makes your heart full! Head to the north bridge to add to our "My Heart is Full When" wall, debuted at our Season Kickoff Party in 2023.
- As always, don't forget to grab your very own chant card and roster card (double-sided to function as a yellow card 😉) on your way in! This year, our cards will feature a QR code for an Enter To Win contest with various prizes to be won! Make sure to scan the QR code to submit your entry at any time.
- One lucky fan will receive a roster card with a golden sticker to redeem for a special prize at that specific game! The winner on Saturday will receive an autographed kit, available to pick up at Guest Services.

- RapidMan Meet & Greet presented by DICK'S Sporting Goods: From the start of halftime until the 75th minute head to Section 134 to snap a photo with the best mascot in MLS, RapidMan!
Postgame Activities
Player Appearance in The Dale's Bar
- Head over to The Dale's Bar to hang out with a player, grab some pictures and get autographs signed!
- The Dale's Bar will remain open one-hour post-match and feature a 12oz draft beer for $5 (limit 2 per transaction/valid ID).
Postgame North Boundary Patio
- Following the match, all fans are welcome to access the North Boundary, the only field-level patio in Denver sports. Grab a drink from one of the bars in the North Boundary and enjoy the field level views as our gameday DJ continues to play music throughout the stadium postgame.

- The Rapids will livestream the postgame press conference on the club’s YouTube page immediately following the match. Catch the postgame commentary from Head Coach Chris Armas and a player at YouTube.com/ColoradoRapids.

TICKETS: Single-game tickets are still available on the official Rapids site here.
PARKING: Parking at DSGP is free! Enjoy the game without having to pay any additional parking fees when you arrive.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: Effective February 23, 2022, all fully vaccinated individuals can attend events at DICK’s Sporting Goods Park without a face mask and it is encouraged that all unvaccinated individuals wear masks while at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park.
