After going down by one in the first half, striker Gyasi Zardes found the equalizer for the Burgundy Boys in the 65th minute when forward Michael Barrios slotted a low pass to the near post. In this match, forward Jonathan Lewis recorded his 50th start and 5,000 minutes in MLS, while winger Sam Nicholson recorded his first game back at DSGP since returning to the Rapids from Bristol Rovers.
