Community Partner Information
Food Bank of the Rockies

  • The growth in need is nothing like Food Bank of the Rockies has seen before. To meet this challenge, we've formed new partnerships with a variety of organizations and companies, such as early-learning centers and healthcare providers, to help reach more people than ever before. We're dedicated to serving everyone impacted by this crisis - including families, individuals, and older adults - for as long as it takes.

Metro Caring

  • Today, a record number of people are coming to Metro Caring for free groceries. Many were already struggling to put food on the table, despite working full time or more. Others have lost their jobs or businesses and are turning to us for the first time. We are providing food to 3x the number of households who shopped with us for groceries pre-crisis, with an average over the past month of over 2,400 individuals receiving nutritious food each week. We are committed to meeting people’s immediate need for nutritious food while building a movement to end hunger in Colorado, and look forward to the time when we can physically all be together again at Metro Caring.

Project Angel Heart

  • Project Angel Heart prepares and delivers medically tailored meals for Coloradans with cancer, lung disease, HIV/AIDS, and other serious health conditions. Because these are the neighbors most vulnerable to COVID-19, the meals they receive, free of charge, from Project Angel Heart are a lifeline during a challenging time.

Volunteers of America Colorado

  • Volunteers of America Colorado is dedicated to helping more than 140,000 Coloradans in need transform their lives each year. VOA Colorado services include housing an emergency shelters, hunger and nutrition programs including Meals on Wheels, and many other community support programs. VOA integrates compassion with highly effective programs that build and strengthen communities.
