The Rapids returned to DICK'S Sporting Goods Park late Saturday night and resumed training Monday morning following a 2-1 loss to FC Dallas.
The week was made up of four sessions before the team takes the pitch to face Houston on Saturday, March 30 at DSGP. With this being the Dynamo's first road game of the season, the players reflected on the importance of making DICK'S Sporting Goods Park a fortress.
"Any time a team comes here we want to make it difficult on them with the elevation, with our style to play and ability to press and keep possession," said Keegan Rosenberry. "We'll do our best to put our print on the game from the beginning."
Kei Kamara echoed his teammates sentiment when asked about the atmosphere that DSGP provides.
"We're going to make it really difficult for teams to come to Colorado this year to play us," Kamara said.

"We know what their threats are. They've got a load of pace, a front three that are very quick, very technical, dangerous players. We're at home so we have to make sure we stick to what we're doing, the way we want to play. The two games we've had at home, we've been strong. One of those was with ten men. We just have to put in a performance, but do it our way. "
Defender Keegan Rosenberry
"The energy is still good around the group and I think that is important. We're believing in each other and know that we have the potential to get results and the ability to do so. We've just got to stick together and stick to the plan."
Striker Kei Kamara
"We've talked about it in our locker room - making this place our fortress. It doesn't matter who it is, as long as we're ready, we put in that performance and our home supporters are out here cheering us on and are the 12th man for us, we're going to be ready."

Colorado Rapids Night at the Denver Nuggets
The full team took a break from training to take in some hoops on Tuesday night as they attended the Denver Nuggets vs Detroit Pistons game. The evening included on-court interviews, beating drums and one Rapids player proving that he can dunk like the basketball pros.
