Diego Rubio, Jonathan Lewis and Sam Vines called in to represent their countries

Diego Rubio, Jonathan Lewis and Sam Vines have been called up by their respective nations during the FIFA window between October 8-16.


Rubio has been named to the 26-man roster for Chile in advance of their upcoming friendlies against Colombia and Guinea. Rubio has earned seven caps for Chile's senior team since debuting at age 18 in a friendly against Paraguay in 2011. His most recent appearance with La Roja was on September 11 against Honduras. Rubio played all 90 minutes and delivered the helper to Alfonso Parot's 19th minute goal. Jonathan Lewis and Sam Vines have been selected to participate in the US U-23 training camp that will take place in Miami, Florida between October 6-15. Lewis and Vines will help the squad continue their preparations for the 2020 CONCACF Olympic Qualifying Championship.
