Season Ticket Member Badge

To make your Membership experience as simple as possible on matchday, you will have a Season Ticket Member Badge that you are able to download to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay smartphone application. Throughout the season, this easily accessible Member Badge will be what you show to receive your in-stadium Member discounts at both concessions and the stadium team store.  

To access your 2026 Member Badge, please download the Rapids App, click ‘More’ in the bottom right corner, select ‘Member Badge + STM HQ’ followed by ‘Member Badge’. Once you have your Member Badge up, you will add it to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay smartphone application to use throughout the season. Your Member Badge will also notify you of any redeemable Rapids Rewards you have yet to claim.  

Parking

We continue to be one of the only MLS teams to offer free parking for all Rapids home matches! For detailed parking information, including maps and route recommendations, please download the Rapids App, click ‘Gameday’, and then ‘Parking Info’! 

Early Entrance

Season Ticket Members can enter the stadium through Gates B and G, one hour and fifteen minutes before kickoff for all Rapids MLS home matches, which is fifteen minutes before the general public! (Example: 6:15PM for a 7:30PM kickoff). To enter an extra fifteen minutes early, simply show your digital match ticket to our staff at Gate B on the East side of the stadium or Gate G on the West side of the stadium and they will allow you to get in line to enter the stadium 15 minutes early! 

Discounts

During MLS matches, Season Ticket Members receive 20% off at all Altitude Authentics Stadium Team Stores and 10% off on all DICK’S Sporting Goods Park concession stands (stand-alone stands excluded). To receive your discounts, please show your digital Member Badge at checkout. 

Season Ticket Member HQ

Your Membership Services Team will be at the Season Ticket Member Headquarters, located on the concourse above Section 119, throughout all Rapids home matches. We’ve updated Headquarters to provide Members with a place to enjoy the game, say hello to our Service Team, and grab complimentary snacks and drinks at every match. This is also where Members will redeem exclusive rewards and giveaways at select matches so please make it a part of your gameday routine to stop by—we’d love to see you!
