What happens to my Membership investment?
Your investment will become account credit that you can use to purchase regular season tickets at the discounted rate that corresponds to your Flex Membership level (e.g. Starting XI = 10%, All-Star = 20%). Following the release of the 2026 MLS regular season schedule, you will be notified once your account credit is available to use. 
Are all seats available at a discount with Flex Memberships?
Yes, all seating options are discounted. When available, discounted seats in Summit Club and Suites are exclusively available to MVP-level Members at a 20% discount. 
What should I do if I have questions about my Membership or account?
All Rapids Flex Members will be assigned a dedicated Sales & Service Representative to assist with any questions or support you may need. 
How many tickets can I redeem each match?
You can redeem up to 10 tickets for each match. If you need additional tickets, please contact your dedicated Sales & Service Representative to access your discounted Member rate. 
What are my payment plan options?
Payment plan options are available to MVP and Golden Boot level Members. All payments plans must be completed before the start of the 2026 season. 
Can I return my tickets if I’m no longer able to use the ones I redeemed?
To return your tickets and credit the full amount back to your Flex Membership account, simply log in to your account, select the specific match, process the return, and the value of the tickets will be returned to your account credit. Please note that all exchanges must be submitted at least 48 hours before a scheduled game. 
What are bonus tickets and how do I use them?
Bonus tickets are extra tickets provided at no additional cost beyond your original Flex Membership. MVP and Golden Boot level Members will receive four (4) bonus tickets to use during the regular season, subject to availability. To redeem your bonus tickets, simply reach out to your dedicated Sales & Service Representative.

MVP and Golden Boot level Members will receive the exclusive Full Season Ticket Member Legacy Scarf, a proud matchday tradition and symbol of club loyalty, along with an annual Member Legacy Patch to commemorate each year you are a Member. All-Star and Starting 11 Members will receive a limited-edition ONECLUB Scarf. You receive one scarf per Membership purchased. As a welcome gift from the Club, all new Flex Members receive their exclusive scarf during their first year as a Member. 
What if I want to attend Leagues Cup matches?
All Flex Members will have the opportunity to purchase Leagues Cup match tickets at a discounted rate. 
*All credit must be used by the conclusion of the 2026 MLS Regular Season. Credit will not roll over to the 2026 MLS Cup Playoffs or the 2027 Regular Season.
