"We came into this hoping we'd be a little bit fresher, but we pushed the players yesterday. It wasn't your normal prematch session but I think we grew into the game. The first half was not good for us, the second half was a lot better. We made some good chances and I think we should have had a goal or two in the second half. All in all it's another 75 minutes now for players... it's now just getting everyone prepared for the weekend."

Defender Keegan Rosenberry

"Regardless of the results there are still some positives. It's still preseason. I think we're all disappointed that we didn't come out and start the way we wanted to. I think we could sense that from the beginning, but there's some things we take away from it. No matter what the result is and how many positives we do have we've got film to look at and it's always good going against live opponents so we'll be better because of it."
